| Content: | Contents of the course include; basic training principles, special training principles, seasonal planning, muscular system structure and functions in artistic gymnastics, specific nutrition methods for artistic gymnastics, warm-up and cool-down exercises specific for artistic gymnastics, training programs for developing technical skills and tactical practices, training program preparation studies. |
