| Objectives: | The objective of the course is to help students gain the skill to apply advanced technical movements on advanced instruments, to classify training programs specific to different age groups in artistic gymnastics and to prepare a training program for teaching basic techniques specific to the age. |
| Content: | The contents of the course include history and of gymnastics and rules of contest, definition and technical features of Male and Female artistic gymnastics equipment, staging and preliminar work on movements on ground, pommeled horse, ring, jump table, parallel, bar, asymmetrical parallel and balance instruments. |
