AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: This course aims to provide the students to analyze the recorded videos correctly, sort them properly and edit them using digital editing programs from an aesthetic point of view.
İçerik: Contents of the course include explaining the definition, purpose and history of editing. Main topics to consider when sorting videos to be edited will be shown to students with sample videos. Then, the videos recorded with the camera will be given an aesthetic perspective, supported by sound and music with the help of an editing program, and turned into a program, promotion or advertising film complying with TV broadcasting standards.

Define the history of video and editing.
Explain the basic concepts of editing.
Analyze the importance of editing and the meaning given to video.
Apply the punctuation marks of editing.
Develop projects with sound, music, animation.
Compare editing types and techniques by examining films and TV series.
Illustrate the importance and meaning of editing in television and cinema on the works done.
