Amaç: | With this course; it is aimed to introduce laboratory instruments and devices and to teach various analysis methods by providing a working environment in a way that ensures personal and team safety in the laboratory. |
İçerik: | The course includes general laboratory rules, personal security measures, chemical safety symbols, used materials and basic equipment, pre-analysis preparations, properties and preparation of solutions, sterilization and disinfection methods in the laboratory, pH concept and measurement, basic operations and separation techniques in quantitative analysis, gravimetric and volumetric analysis methods, selection and evaluation of measurement methods. |
