Amaç: | With this course, it is aimed to teach the analysis of medical analysis techniques by giving general information about the benefits and risks of use. |
İçerik: | The course includes definition of medical analysis, quality concepts in clinical laboratories, clinical laboratory processes and sources of failure, preparation of samples for analysis, enzyme analyzes, Blood and blood products, blood donation, hematologic analyzes, urine analyzes, analysis of body fluids, immunoassay (IA) techniques, nucleic acid extraction techniques, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), blotting techniques, histology and pathology laboratory techniques. |

Interprets the structure of cells, tissues and organs that constitute the organism with the help of optical devices. |
