AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: With this course, it is aimed to teach the analysis of medical analysis techniques by giving general information about the benefits and risks of use.
İçerik: The course includes definition of medical analysis, quality concepts in clinical laboratories, clinical laboratory processes and sources of failure, preparation of samples for analysis, enzyme analyzes, Blood and blood products, blood donation, hematologic analyzes, urine analyzes, analysis of body fluids, immunoassay (IA) techniques, nucleic acid extraction techniques, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), blotting techniques, histology and pathology laboratory techniques.

It carries out its studies according to clinical laboratory quality standards for patient safety, patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
Interprets the failure factors that will affect the analysis test results.
Selects the samples coming to the clinical laboratory according to some criteria under the name of acceptance/rejection criteria.
It carries out enzyme measurements that are thought to be effective on diseases.
List the number, structure and functions of shape elements in blood.
It measures the presence or concentration of molecules with the antigen-antibody relationship.
Interprets the structure of cells, tissues and organs that constitute the organism with the help of optical devices.
