AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	To encourage the theoritical knowledge as regards tissue fixation and its processing, microtome and sectioning, routine tissue stain, frozen and H&E stain
İçerik:	Light microscopy principles, variety of microscopes and usage, tissue fixation, tissue process principles and methods, tissue block, sectioning, microtomes, frozen sections and H&E stain

To be established the relationship between all stages and made evaluation until from biopsy to microscopic examination
To be informed of light microscopy and other microscope types
To be informed ofembedding, microtomes, sectioning, H&E
To be informed of manuel and otomatic tissue process
To be informed of fixation, fixatives and usage, factors influencing fixation
