AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	To have information about the ways of transmission and protection of microorganisms that cause disease and to examine the characteristics of the diseases they cause and the mechanisms of disease formation.
İçerik:	Basic principles of microbiology , history and scope of microbiology, our lives microorganisms, spontaneous generation of the germ theory of biyogenesis and disease , chemical foundations, chemical bonds and reactions, important biological molecules, microscopes, painting techniques, basic methods of classification and classification of microorganisms, prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell structures gram-positive and gram- negative bacteria, the outer and inner organelles, chemical and physical requirements for microbial growth , nutrient media types, pure culture , microbial growth control, bacteria, fungi , yeasts , algae, actinomycetes, protozoa, viruses , parasites microbial genetics , dietary patterns and metabolism of microorganisms , beneficial and harmful effects of microorganisms , the definition of immunology , antibodies and antigens and their reactions.

Giving the basic knowledge required to specialize in the field of microbiology; improve the level of expertise and information in the same or in a different area and deepen disciplines .
Having information on microbiology .
Specialized courses in microbiology as knowledge of the term to have a parallel training with other courses.
Presentation given homework to lead to follow-up studies on the microbiology field, research in this process, interdisciplinary studies to learn and to gain the confidence and competence to receive individual responsibilities
Issues related to the field of microbiology , at a level that he can collaborate with relevant individuals and organizations to have the written and oral expression skills .
Existing knowledge in the field of microbiology to evaluate with a critical and dialectical approach, with the knowledge that , in the light of a professional approach to the ethical principles that require the understanding and skills of discipline , professional conduct , and the criteria and standards in accordance with the legal framework , the possible social , to use , taking into account environmental and ethical implications having competence .
