AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: Sport physiotherapist's competencies, injury healing processes of muscle-tendon, articular structures, and bone structures, assessment methods for sports injuries, principles of treating acute, subacute, and chronic injuries, rehabilitation principles for return to sport, return to sport principles, preventive measures for sports injuries, functional rehabilitation process, information on Proprioceptive, aerobic exercises, endurance training, closed and open kinetic chain exercises, balance exercises, neuromuscular adaptation training, and exercise principles are aimed to be provided
İçerik: Healing processes of muscle-tendon, articular structures; assessment methods for sports injuries; treatment principles for acute, subacute, and chronic injuries; principles for returning to sport; principles for returning to sports; preventive measures for sports injuries; functional rehabilitation process; principles of Proprioceptive, cardiovascular endurance training; closed and open kinetic chain exercise principles.

Relates sports physiotherapy with the importance and principles of measurement and evaluation in sports, physical fitness and physical fitness tests, and appropriate sports topics.
Explains the relationship of training knowledge and sports psychology with nutrition and doping in sports.
Explains exercise programs suitable for athletes and healthy people according to age groups.
Classifies sports.
Explains soft tissue injuries and the healing process in athletes.
Explains first aid and pre-treatment for sports injuries.
Evaluates upper, lower extremity and column vertebralis injuries in athletes.
After sports injuries, applies basic-level functional rehabilitation programs tailored to the athlete's needs and implements criteria for the athlete's return to sports.
