AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	To provide students with knowledge of airport management and operation, ground handling, ramp activities, air traffic and commercial air transport rules; to introduce students to the authorities that set and/or implement rules at the national and international level in the field of aviation; To provide skills about the reasons for the emergence of conventions, conventions and national regulations that emerged during the development of aviation history and their main application areas.
İçerik:	The content of the course consists of examining the international and national aviation rules and international and national organizations that set and/or implement these rules in order for the civil air transport sector to function properly, both on the air side and on the ground side.

LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE (Students show the following knowledge, skills and/or competencies when they successfully complete this course.) Explains the international and national legislation related to aviation, creates awareness about the legislation applications. Analyzes and compares national and international practices related to aviation legislation. Defines national and international aviation organizations and clarifies the relations of these organizations with the aviation industry. Explains the main lines of international conventions and conventions related to aviation and evaluates their effects on the civil aviation sector. Explains the annexes of the international civil aviation contract (Annex), associates the annexes with the aviation industry.
