AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	This course aims to give the students the ability to interpret the knowledge learned in the field of labor law and social security law.
İçerik:	The contents of the course include, in the light of judicial decisions, the subjects such as employee and employer concepts; employment contract, establishment and validity conditions; termination of employment contract; the rights and obligations of the employer and the employee and basic concepts of social security law.

Describe the knowledge gained in the field of labor and social security law.
Describe the basic concepts such as employee, employer, representative of the employer and working places.
Distinguish a validated employment contract.
Classify the insurance branches in this field in light of the principles of social security law.
Contact between what they learn and concrete events.
