Amaç: | This course aims to give the students the ability to interpret the knowledge learned in the field of labor law and social security law. |
İçerik: | The contents of the course include, in the light of judicial decisions, the subjects such as employee and employer concepts; employment contract, establishment and validity conditions; termination of employment contract; the rights and obligations of the employer and the employee and basic concepts of social security law. |
