AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: The aim of this course is to enable students to comprehend Electronic Display Systems and to gain knowledge about the Fundamental Computer Structure.
İçerik: This course covers topics related to Electronic Display Systems and the Fundamental Computer Structure.

Define and explain computer terminology, including bit, byte, software, hardware, CPU, IC, RAM, ROM, and PROM.
Describe the integration and application of computer technologies in aircraft systems, and develop knowledge related to their maintenance.
Identify and describe the components of fiber optic data systems, such as connectors, control terminals, and remote terminals.
Describe the operational principles of common display technologies, including CRT, LED, and LCD.
Differentiate between various types of electronic displays used in modern aircraft and explain their specific applications.
Explain the handling procedures for components sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD).
Assess the risks associated with electrostatic discharges and identify protective measures to mitigate potential damage.
Recognize the importance of antistatic protection devices for both personnel and components.
Describe the limitations, airworthiness requirements, and safety implications of software programs used in aviation.
Understand the significance of software management processes in ensuring aviation safety.
Define concepts such as Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).
Analyze the effects of electromagnetic phenomena, including High-Intensity Radiated Fields (HIRF) and lightning, on electronic systems.
