Amaç: | This course aims to provide a basic understanding of genres, authors, periods of the English literary canon, while helping students acquire a critical approach to any literary text. |
İçerik: | This course provides a survey of literature produced in English language from its earlier days to 17th century. Literary text studied along the course are analysed in relation to their historical and cultural contexts. |
