Amaç: Bu dersin amacı

Hava hukukuna ilişkin temel kavramları tanımlar.
Hava trafik kontrol servisi, operasyonel uçuş prosedürleri ve uçuşa elverişlilik ile ilgili kuralları açıklar.
Ulusal ve uluslararası hava sahası hukuku uygulamaları sınıflandırır.
Görsel uçuş kuralları ve aletli uçuş kurallarını listeler.
Genel havacılık hukuku ve hava sahası hukukuna ilişkin örnek olaylar üzerinde yorumlamalar yapar.
