AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	This course aims to provide an overview of local administrations in Turkey and identify the establishment philosophy, local administration units, associations, discuss how to ensure service integrity locally and analyze by questioning.
İçerik:	Contents of the course include the concept of local administrations, the emergence and development, the difference between the central administration and local administration, local administration units; provincial special administration, municipalities, villages and legislation, the current problems of local administrations and reform issues.

Define the basic philosophy of the establishment objectives of local administrative units (special provincial administration, municipalities, villages and unions).
Summarize the differences between local administration units and central government units with the help of different figures and graphics.
Outline the legislation on public services carried out by local administrations.
Analyze the shortcomings of local administrations for current needs.
Discuss concepts such as democracy, sustainability, participation and autonomy over the relationship between local administrations and local politics.
