OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to provide an overview of local administrations in Turkey and identify the establishment philosophy, local administration units, associations, discuss how to ensure service integrity locally and analyze by questioning. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the concept of local administrations, the emergence and development, the difference between the central administration and local administration, local administration units; provincial special administration, municipalities, villages and legislation, the current problems of local administrations and reform issues. |
