AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: This course aims to improve aptitude for examining the behaviours of working individuals within the organization by considering the variables of group, organization and environment, analysing the formal and informal leadership effects on behaviours and informing about the basic concepts and application techniques of behavioural sciences.
İçerik: Basic concepts and subjects of organizational behaviour, organizational culture, teamwork, conflict, the definition of leadership concept, leader manager relationship, characteristics of the effective leader, classical and modern leadership approaches.

Explain the behavioural differentiation of individuals at the level of individual, group and organization.
Summarize classical and modern leadership theories.
Practice the knowledge about basic managerial skills that managers may need in daily life through case studies.
Relate classical and modern leadership theories with organizational behaviour.
