Amaç: | This course aims to provide theoretical background for a corporate discussion of effects and results of radical changes in economic, social and political spheres in the process of globalization in public administration and analysis of implemented reforms. |
İçerik: | Contents of the course include the subjects as in the concept of globalization, its effects on public administration, governance, flexibility, productivity, efficiency, public choice theory, new public management approach, implementation of this new approach to Turkish public administration and comparison with traditional models. |

Define the concept of globalization with its effects on economic, political and social fields conceptually. |
Analyze the developments in public administration with the effect of globalization process within the framework of cause effect relations. |
Interpret the effects of globalization process on Turkish public administration system with critical thinking. |
Compare the differences in Public Choice Approach, New Public Administration Approach and Public Administration Approach within the framework of administrative changes |
Relate Flexibility, Productivity, Accountability and transformation in public administration. |
Evaluate the problem-solving capacity of Public Choice Approach, New Public Administration Approach and Public Administration Approach in terms of the Turkish public administration system. |
