OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to provide theoretical background for a corporate discussion of effects and results of radical changes in economic, social and political spheres in the process of globalization in public administration and analysis of implemented reforms. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the subjects as in the concept of globalization, its effects on public administration, governance, flexibility, productivity, efficiency, public choice theory, new public management approach, implementation of this new approach to Turkish public administration and comparison with traditional models. |
