AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	This course aims to introduce knowledge and attitude about professional and administrative ethical values.
İçerik:	Contents of the course include; ethics and morality, ethical approaches, universal ethical values and principles, unethical behaviours, sanctions against unethical behaviours, ethics in public administration and ethical philosophy.

Identify basic concepts on ethics.
List the differences between the concepts of ethics and morality.
