OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to introduce knowledge and attitude about professional and administrative ethical values.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; ethics and morality, ethical approaches, universal ethical values and principles, unethical behaviours, sanctions against unethical behaviours, ethics in public administration and ethical philosophy.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Identify basic concepts on ethics.
List the differences between the concepts of ethics and morality.
Determine the outcomes of unethical behaviour.
Explain universal ethical values.
Compare ethical approaches.
