AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: This course aims to provide the students with the ability to evaluate business functions, responsibilities and general elements and functions in terms of corporate social responsibility and ethical values.
İçerik: Contents of the course include the basic functions of a business such as strategy, marketing, human resources and finance.

Explain the role and basic functions of a business. (2)
Interpret the social responsibilities of companies and the interests of internal and external stakeholders within the framework of sustainability. (4)
Explain the strengths and development aspects of a company and their growth strategies. (2)
Summarize the roles and responsibilities of business functions (strategy, marketing, human resources, finance). (2)
