AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: To teach students the basic concepts of sports training and to provide them with basic information on creating training plans suitable for age groups. To provide information about the athlete development program.
İçerik: Long-term athlete development program, developmental stages, training loads and child, biomotor and coordinative abilities, stages of training in children, training periodization.

Can define the types of Basic and Auxiliary Biomotor abilities separately and relate them to each other.
Can explain the basic concepts of training planning.
Can explain the basic concepts of training planning. Can establish relationships between training load methods and energy metabolism.
Can establish the relationship between load and rest in training.
Can explain the basic concepts of Training Science.
Can explain the Concept of Development.
