OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | To teach students the basic concepts of sports training and to provide them with basic information on creating training plans suitable for age groups. To provide information about the athlete development program. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Long-term athlete development program, developmental stages, training loads and child, biomotor and coordinative abilities, stages of training in children, training periodization. |
