AMAÇ VE İÇERİK |

Amaç: | The objective of the course is to provide students with information about preparing micro and macro training plans for different genders and age groups. |
İçerik: | Contents of the course include; Types of training, types of functional training, facial training model, myofasial training model, selection of myofacial training, types of tests used to determine performance, knowledge and skills to be used in technical tactic exercises, training models for developing motor characteristics, micro and macro training planning for different gender and age groups. |
