OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to provide students with information about preparing micro and macro training plans for different genders and age groups.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; Types of training, types of functional training, facial training model, myofasial training model, selection of myofacial training, types of tests used to determine performance, knowledge and skills to be used in technical tactic exercises, training models for developing motor characteristics, micro and macro training planning for different gender and age groups.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Define the basic concepts of training models.
Explain functional training models.
Explain performance test protocols and analyze test results.
Identify training models prepared to improve motor characteristics and evaluate the appropriateness of content.
Prepare a training plan for different gender and age groups.
