AMAÇ VE İÇERİK |

Amaç: | The objective of the course is to provide students with physical fitness and performance measurement tests, to prepare an exercise program for individuals with different characteristics and to organize exercise applications in all stages. |
İçerik: | Contents of the course includes; observing exercising activities, observing the contents of exercise programs, observing adequacy of facility and material properties, planning facility use and exercising material procurement exercises, exercises for individuals with different characteristics, and reviewing recommended nutrition programs for individuals with different characteristics. |
