Amaç: |
To teach the concepts of analog electronics, ready integrated circuit (IC) circuits and circuit design, the use of simulation software. |
İçerik: |
Introduction to Semiconductor Physics Engineering in perspective. Basic Electronic Circuit Components, Diodes, Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) and Metal Oxide Semiconductor Transistors, Operating Principles, Inherent, Small-Signal Analysis of Equivalent Circuits. Amplifier circuits, filters and criteria to be taken into account when designing this circuit. |
