AMAÇ VE İÇERİK |
Amaç: |
To teach the basic electronic elements such as diodes, BJTs and MOSFET transistors and operational amplifier structures and to provide the ability to analyze and synthesize circuits created with these elements. |

Introduction to Electronic Circuits, Semiconductors and pn Junctions, Diode Operation and Models, Diode Applications: Rectifiers, Clippers, etc., Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT), Biasing Circuits, BJT Amplifiers (CE-CB-CC), Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET), Biasing Circuits, MOS Amplifiers (CS-CG-CD), Operational Amplifier (OP-AMP) and Applications, CMOS Inverter. |
