AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: To teach the basic electronic elements such as diodes, BJTs and MOSFET transistors and operational amplifier structures and to provide the ability to analyze and synthesize circuits created with these elements.
İçerik: Introduction to Electronic Circuits, Semiconductors and pn Junctions, Diode Operation and Models, Diode Applications: Rectifiers, Clippers, etc., Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT), Biasing Circuits, BJT Amplifiers (CE-CB-CC), Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET), Biasing Circuits, MOS Amplifiers (CS-CG-CD), Operational Amplifier (OP-AMP) and Applications, CMOS Inverter.

Recommends the elements and capabilities needed to design electronic circuits.
Designs and implements electronic circuits for the application area.
Creates and simulates circuits in a computer environment using circuit elements and transistor models.
Considering the development process of electronic circuits, it predicts that high-performance circuits can be realized using today's process technologies.
