AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	This course aims to teach students the basics of computer programming. In this context, the main purpose of the course is to provide students with the competence to design algorithms and to enable them to develop programs appropriate to the designed algorithm.
İçerik:	Fundamentals of programming, algorithms, flowcharts, fundamentals of the C programming language, control flow statements, loops, functions, and arrays.

They will learn basic programming concepts.
Will be able to apply basic structural programming components (conditional statements, loops, functions, etc.) while solving a specific problem.
Will be able to write code in the C programming language.
Will be able to analyze codes in the C programming language.
Will be able to explain the concepts of pointers and dynamic memory usage
Will be able to design an algorithm and programming solution for an engineering problem.
