AMAÇ VE İÇERİK |
Amaç: |
The aim of this course is to provide students with the ability to produce solutions to various production problems they will encounter in businesses and to use mathematical models and intuitive methods to solve problems related to production planning. |
İçerik: |
Production Systems, Production Planning Concept and Hierarchy, Demand Forecasts, Inventory Control Systems, Mass Production Planning, Main Production Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning, Capacity Planning, Balancing of Assembly Lines. |

Explains the basic concepts and techniques of production planning. |
Classifies production systems. |
Applies the planning methods required for the production of incoming orders and/or products to be produced in the workshop environment in the shortest time and/or at the least cost. |
Makes mass production plans on the basis of product groups and products. |
Makes material requirement planning. |
Conducts factory capacity planning. |
Balances the production line using the appropriate assembly line balancing method. |
It decides the batch size, economic order quantity and appropriate stock policy. |
