Amaç: | in this course, it aims to provide an individual effective and practical methods of planning, managing and maintaining an effective Aviation Safety Management System. |
İçerik: | This lesson covers the planning or directing an aviation Safety Management System program. Fundamentals in systems organization and structure provide the individual with the essential skills and methodology needed to plan and manage an effective program. Emphasis is placed on under-standing the principles of risk management, identifying program development strategies, audits and applying the knowledge toward effective management systems and interoperability with Quality Assurance. |

Students will develop a comprehensive understanding of the basic principles, operation and importance of security management systems in the aviation sector. They will learn the effects of security culture on organizational structures and understand how they can contribute to the construction of security awareness. They will gain the ability to work effectively in the collection, protection and analysis of security data. They will be able to apply methods for measuring, monitoring and improving security performance by understanding data-driven decision-making processes. They will gain the ability to effectively direct security management by gaining knowledge of state safety management systems, international regulations and application methods. |
