AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: It is aimed to gain knowledge about business management in the last century, theory discussions, current criticism and new approaches, and information about the managerial evolution of managerial candidates.
İçerik: Concepts of Management-Managers, Basic Properties of Management, Managerial Levels, Roles and Skills, Concept of Organization, Historical Development of Management (Management Theories), Management Functions, Contemporary and Contemporary Concepts, Approaches and Practices, Behavior and Processes in Organizations

Management and Organization course; Explain the basic concepts related to management, strategic management, small businesses.
Classifies the issues of knowledge management, chaos management, organizational development and transformation, ethics and social responsibility.
In the scope of the discipline of management, business management thoughts, theory debates, current criticisms and new approaches related to the last century relate to the content of the course.
