AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: It is aimed to gain knowledge about perception, communication, learning, motivation, job satisfaction, attitudes, groups, leadership, communication, conflict, stress and time management related to themselves, colleagues and organizations.
İçerik: Basic concepts of organizational behavior, culture, social groups; personality and personality theories, emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication, social impact and compliance behavior, attitude and prejudice.

Discover the development of organizational behavior in the management process.
Modifies the theories of perception, attribution and learning by giving examples.
Demonstrate examples of attitudes and group dynamics.

Knows and solves conflict, stress and time management.
Relate mobbing and burnout theories by giving examples.
