OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is aimed to gain knowledge about perception, communication, learning, motivation, job satisfaction, attitudes, groups, leadership, communication, conflict, stress and time management related to themselves, colleagues and organizations.
Contents of the Course Unit: Basic concepts of organizational behavior, culture, social groups; personality and personality theories, emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication, social impact and compliance behavior, attitude and prejudice.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Discover the development of organizational behavior in the management process.
Modifies the theories of perception, attribution and learning by giving examples.
Demonstrate examples of attitudes and group dynamics.
Categorizes leadership theories and communication types.
Knows and solves conflict, stress and time management.
Relate mobbing and burnout theories by giving examples.
