Objectives of the Course Unit: | It is aimed to gain knowledge about perception, communication, learning, motivation, job satisfaction, attitudes, groups, leadership, communication, conflict, stress and time management related to themselves, colleagues and organizations. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Basic concepts of organizational behavior, culture, social groups; personality and personality theories, emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication, social impact and compliance behavior, attitude and prejudice. |
