AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	As an integrative course, the Strategic Management in Healthcare Business course aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills to accurately define the complex problems faced by top management and produce solutions. The course focuses on real event analysis of business life and aims to help students bring together all their functional abilities that they have gained from other courses and produce solutions to organizational problems of real business life.
İçerik:	Definition, Process, Development of Strategic Management, External Environment Analysis, Business Analysis, Strategic Approaches at Various Levels, Strategic Management in Service Businesses (Healthcare Businesses), Problem Solving and Portfolio Analysis and Case Studies.

To be able to define the basic elements of the strategic management process in health enterprises.
To be able to examine the structure of the sector and the environmental factors affecting it in order to measure the potential of the sector.
Ability to interpret how organizational resources can be used to create competitive advantage
Ability to explain new business strategies and how organizations can create value in different business areas
Ability to plan health policies from a strategic point of view
To be able to discuss the social and ethical dimensions of strategic management
