Objectives of the Course Unit: | As an integrative course, the Strategic Management in Healthcare Business course aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills to accurately define the complex problems faced by top management and produce solutions. The course focuses on real event analysis of business life and aims to help students bring together all their functional abilities that they have gained from other courses and produce solutions to organizational problems of real business life. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Definition, Process, Development of Strategic Management, External Environment Analysis, Business Analysis, Strategic Approaches at Various Levels, Strategic Management in Service Businesses (Healthcare Businesses), Problem Solving and Portfolio Analysis and Case Studies. |
