Amaç: | It's aimed to gain knowledge about nutrient and energy requirements in humans, recommended daily nutritional expenditure shares, Basic energy sources (Fats, Carbohydrates, Proteins), Metabolism in good nutrition status (Liver, Fat tissue, Skeletal muscle, Brain), Metabolism in starvation (Liver, Fat tissue, Skeletal muscle, In the brain, the biomedical importance of vitamins and minerals, nutrition and coronary artery disease, cancer, obesity, such as the relationship between some diseases, nutritional disorders with changes in biochemical parameters. |
