AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: It is aimed to gain knowledge about physiological, metabolic and endocrine changes during pregnancy and lactation period and the importance of nutrition in infancy, childhood and adolescent period.
İçerik: General concepts of nutrition, nutrition in pregnancy-lactation period, nutrition in infancy, nutrition in preschool children, nutrition in school age children, nutrition in adolescence, nutritional problems and adequate and balanced nutrition principles

Summarizes the nutritional requirements and recommendations during pregnancy and lactation.
Explains the importance of breast milk.
Explains the nutritional requirements and recommendations of preschool, school age and adolescent period.
Explains nutritional problems and solutions in infancy and childhood.
