Amaç: | Objective of the course is to provide the students with knowledge s to examine the effect of exercise on all physiological systems |
İçerik: | Contents of the course include; basic concepts related with physiology science, cell, tissue, energy metabolism, aerobic and anaerobic energy systems, anaerobic glycolysis and ATP renewal, energy consumption, oxygen uptake and oxygen deficiency, lactic acid threshold, sports and use of energy, types of unit, muscle structure, myofibril and fibril muscle movements, skeletal muscle and its movement, relation between muscle contraction types and exercise, muscle hypertrophy, proporeceptors, neuromuscular adaptation to trainings and physiological systems |
