AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: The objective of the course is to provide the students the planning skills in all aspects of the functioning of sports organizations.
İçerik: Contents of the course include; general information about the vision and mission of organization, organizational scheme and departments, job descriptions and job requirements in the organization, sport activities carried out in the institution, association of objectives with business activities, execution stages of sports organizations, planning and observation of sportive organizations.

Explain the vision and mission of the institution.
Explain the job descriptions of the departments and apply the requirements of the job description
Examine the operation plan of sport activities and evaluate its appropriateness with the purpose.
Plan all aspects of the operation and management process of sports organizations.
