AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: The aim of this course is to give basic knowledge about kitchen skills and the preparation process of various food groups.
İçerik: The content of this course is chopping and cooking methods, meat, fish and chicken waters, soups, sauces and sauce varieties.

Regulate standard prescriptions.
List basic joinery and cooking techniques.
Categorize basic sauce and stocks by content, color and consistency.
According to the properties of the materials, choose the right cooking technique.
