OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to make the printing processes understandable and comprehended by designing and practising traditional and principled printing methods that form the basis of contemporary printing techniques.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include making design and print applications suitable for basic printing techniques.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Experiment the use of basic printing techniques and materials in the simplest form.
Experiment the whole process, details of working, designing and practicing with non-virtual materials.
Interpret the basic differences between printing techniques within cause and effect relation.
Improve skills to see, comprehend, think and visualize and apply according to the possibilities of printing technique.
