OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

| Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to provide the students with the knowledge about basic matters of construction site management and construction, cost, tenders, and skills to perform application in related matters. |
| Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the subjects of the characteristics of construction site and the establishment, occupational safety, disassembling and transport of construction site, cost and purchase, tender and contract, management of construction site workers, time management, quality management, risk management, scheduling the project work flow and controlling. |
