OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide new students in the hair care and beauty services program with an understanding of the history of hairdressing, the importance of hair care, and temporary hair styling techniques.
Contents of the Course Unit: The history of hairdressing, hair structure, hair and scalp diseases, factors affecting hair health, hair care and treatments, applications, blow-drying, styling and updo techniques.
