OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to equip students with the skills to perform body care practices safely, hygienically, and professionally using various methods and techniques.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course covers anthropometric measurements, obesity, cellulite, skin structure, skin elasticity, and stretch marks; and teaches professional body care applications using cosmetic products.

The basic concepts of anthropometric measurements are defined and appropriate measurement techniques are applied.
The causes and basic characteristics of obesity and cellulite are explained.
The mechanisms of skin structure, skin dehiscence, and stretch marks are explained.
The effects of obesity and cellulite on skin and body structure are analyzed.
