Course Objective: This course aims to provide fundamental training in medical documentation and related concepts. |
| Contents of the Course Unit: |
Course Content: This course covers medical documentation and its definition, importance and history, characteristics, indexing of patient files, indexing systems for diseases and surgeries, filing and numbering of patient files, international classification of diseases, architectural structure and characteristics of patient file archives, management and organization, organizational models, definition and general characteristics of hospitals, and e-transformation policies in healthcare. |
