OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu derste, insan vücudundaki tüm organların sitolojik bilgileri, jinekolojik sitoloji, kan ve kemik iliği, meme, tiroit, lenf bezleri, solunum sistemi, boşaltım sistemi, beyin ve omurilik, deri gibi organların normal ve normal dışı hücrelerinde görülen özellikler, bu organlardan preparat elde etme ve hazırlama yöntemlerine ilişkin bilgi kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Sitolojik materyal tipine göre hazırlama yönteminin belirlenmesi, hazırlama sürecinde olası sorunlar ve çözüm yöntemleri, Jinekolojide temel terminoloji Serviks anatomisi, mikroanatomisi ve transformasyon zonu, Serviks-Vaginadan sitolojik örnek alma yöntemleri ve temel prensipler Servikal sitolojide normal hücresel elemanlar, enfeksiyon etkenleri, HPV enfeksiyonu ve serviks kanseri , İnce İğne Aspirasyon Sitolojisi tekniklerinde temel prensipler ve diğer organların sitolojik teknikleri.

Jinekolojik sitolojide temel kavramları ve terminolojiyi tanımlar.
Serviks, vagina anatomisi, örnek alma yöntemleri ve temel prensiplerini uygular.
Servikal sitolojide hücrelerin sınıflandırılmasını yapar, normal hücreler ve normal dışı hücrelerin özelliklerini tanımlar.
Servikal sitolojide konvansiyonel ve güncel preparasyon yöntemlerini tanımlama.
Jinekolojik harici organ ve dokuların (Solunum, boşaltım, cilt, beyin ve omurilik, kan ve kemikiliği,...) sitolojisi ve doku inceleme tekniklerini kullanır.
