OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: To use the all knowledge gained in Nutrition and Dietetics education on the literature survey and the laboratory works of a selected topic.
Contents of the Course Unit: To make an extensive literature and market survey on a topic approved by the department including experimental study in the laboratories, or participating in an already existing project. To prepare a final report at the end of the semester.
