OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Kulak, burun, boğaz hastalıkları ve baş-yüz anomalileri konusunda temel bilgi ve beceriler kazandırmak amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Kafa kemikleri; Kulak anatomisi ve işitme fizyolojisi, Farinks anatomisi, Oral ve nazal kavite anatomisi ve fizyolojisi, Larenks anatomisi ve fizyolojisi, Anatomik yapıların işlevleri; Ses ve yutmadaki görevleri, Sık görülen KBB hastalıkları, Ses ve yutma bozukluğuna neden olan hastalıklar, Kraniofasiyal-orofasiyal anomaliler, interdisipliner çalışma prensipleri konularını içermektedir.

Kulak burun ve boğaz yapılarını anatomi-fizyoloji temelinde açıklar.
Baş-boğaz bölgesinin anatomik yapılarını ve bu yapıların fizyolojik fonksiyonlarını tanımlar.
Kulağın anatomik yapılarını ve işitme sürecindeki rolünü açıklar.
Klinikte sık görülen otolanjiyolojik bozuklukların patofizyolojisi, klinik belirtileri, bulguları ve tedavi yöntemlerini tanımlar.
Ağız ve yüz bölgesinin normal embriyolojik gelişimini açıklar; ağız-yüz bölgesi anomalileri, bu anomalilere eşlik eden problemleri ve tedavi yöntemlerini açıklar.
