OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: İnsan vücudunu oluşturan tüm sistemlerin temel yapısı ve işleyiş mekanizmalarına ilişkin bilgilerin kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit: Kas fizyolojisi, kas kasılmasında enerji kaynakları, solunum sistemi fizyolojisi, dolaşım sistemi fizyolojisi, sinir sistemi fizyolojisi, motor kontrol, duyu fizyolojisi.

Kasın kasılma mekanizmasını açıklar.
Kas kasılmasında kullanılan enerji kaynaklarını karşılaştırır.
Egzersizin kas sistemi üzerine etkilerini sıralar.
Egzersiz ile solunum sisteminde oluşan adaptasyon mekanizmalarını keşfeder.
Egzersiz ile kalp ve dolaşım sisteminde görülen adaptasyon mekanizmalarını keşfeder.
Egzersizin endokrin, sinir ve boşaltım sistemi üzerindeki etkilerini sıralar.
Duyu fizyolojisinin temel kavramlarını açıklar.
Ekstrem koşullarda oluşan fizyolojik değişiklikleri sıralar.
